GENERAL
a.) I have the right to refuse a commission.
b.) If you have a commission request that is not included in my available services, please feel free to contact me through VGen or Twitter!
c.) Please do not use my art for AI software or NFTs.
DISCLAIMER
a.) I will not draw the following due to a lack of experience:
- Elderly characters
- Heavily muscular characters
- Complex armor or robotic designs
- Complex anthro or animal designs
b.) I am better at drawing female/feminine characters compared to male/masculine characters.
c.) If you are unsure or have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
REVISIONS
a.) During the sketching phase, clients are allowed to request major revisions without a fee.
b.) During the lineart phase, clients are allowed to request minor revisions without a fee.
c.) During the coloring phase, clients are allowed to request minor revisions (except for the pose) and color adjustments without a fee.
d.) Any major revisions in the lineart and coloring phase will include a fee depending on the scale. These major revisions include, but are not limited to:
- Changes to the character design
- Changes to the overall pose
- Changes to the background (if any) or major props (if any)
e.) If you are unsure of what counts as a minor and major revision, please do not hesitate to ask!
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
a.) Please be upfront regarding deadlines!
b.) In general, my commissions usually take two (2) to 21 days after it has entered the sketching phase, depending on external circumstances and the scale of the commission.
c.) Depending on your position on the waitlist, the waiting period may be around one (1) to two (2) months before I can begin the sketching phase.
d.) I will be fully transparent should any issues or events cause a delay in your commission.
e.) Upon finishing the commission, a link to a drive folder containing all the relevant files will be provided!
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
a.1.) The client will only be added to the waitlist once at least half (50%) of the payment has been provided.
a.2.) If applicable, the remaining half should be sent after the lineart has been approved.
b.) Full refunds are only applicable if the sketch has not yet been approved.
c.) Once the sketch has been approved, the refund will be limited to half of the total payment.
d.) There will be no refunds after the lineart has been approved.
PERSONAL USE
a.) Please do not remove my watermark.
b.) Please do not modify, trace, or redistribute/resell the commission without my permission!
c.) When posting, please credit either my VGen or Twitter account if applicable.
COMMERCIAL USE
a.1.) The additional fee for commercial commissions will be 100% of the total price of your commission.
a.2.) Those that fall under commercial use include, but are not limited to:
- Physical Merchandise (stickers, clothing, prints, figures, etc.)
- Digital Merchandise (digital zines, e-Books, 3D modelling, etc.)
- Monetized Content
- Advertisements
b.) Both watermarked and unwatermarked versions of the artwork will be provided.
c.) Stream elements do not count as commercial use. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Stream alerts
- Panels
- Banners

a.) Please do not hesitate to ask for updates and inquiries! I will try my best to respond promptly.
b.) My main modes of communication will be through VGen and Twitter.
